Liked: The location. Very convenient and easy to access transport.
Disliked: We booked this hotel at an unusually low price, which made me skeptical about its authenticity. After several back-and-forth messages and a call to the property, they agreed to honor the price I booked. However, when we arrived, we were exhausted and hoping to nap around 1pm, but there was construction work above us that made it impossible to sleep due to the unbearable noise.Additionally, we found cockroaches in the bathroom, which the reception removed after we reported it. Unfortunately, two days later, we discovered another one.The room faced a wall and had a strong sewage-like smell. There were no bathrobes, no slippers, and no bed cover provided. The room didn't feel like a 4-star standard at all.My advice to the management is that, although the incorrect price for the hotel room was their mistake, it’s unfair to offer subpar services as a result. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location.

Perefect like the first time

Liked: This was the second stay at this hotel. We knew what to expect, and it was like expected. No surprises. More important, our trip was cut short by one day due to strike of Lufthansa. When we requested for a change, they only asked that we make the request officially through booking and then when they received the request, they made the change and refunded us the amount corresponding to the last day. Other than that, we love the location as it is close to the Gracia neighbourhood with a lot of small boutiques, wine and vermout bars. Close to metro, and also possible to walk all the way to the center of Barcelona.
Disliked: We originally got one of the smaller rooms that are in the back side - but when we asked for a room change, we were lucky there was one available and they grant us our request.

Strategic located but room with...

Liked: Location is good as it right at the city center and it is within walking distance to the Metro station. Besides it is also very near to many restaurants and tourist attractions.
Disliked: The room has no window view and there is pillar right at the end of the bed. It is so inconvenient with the pillar around. It is always not good when make booking via Booking.com as hotel will assign not very good room.
