Disliked: The large bed

Very good

Liked: Close proximity to everything. Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The room has to fridge, clock, or single serve coffee. The down stairs coffee bar was outrageous. Basic black coffee was $3.

Very disappointed. Hotel needs updating...

Liked: Location & friendly staff
Disliked: Horrible sewage smell upon entering lobby. Extremely loud band that could be heard on the 8th floor pounding drums until late at night. NO ONE available to serve us dinner. No one seated us, no server came over, everyone just got up and left. Mold in shower. First room reeked of cigarettes. Had to be moved to another room.

Liked: Beautiful property and location. Friendly & courteous check-in and valet.
Disliked: We had dinner at the restaurant and our waitress was disengaged and rude. My daughter asked for water after she had delivered other drinks and she rolled her eyes and was visibly annoyed. We asked about desserts and she rattled off the desserts from another table, “I think we have a cookie thing” and then when we ordered a key lime pie which she brought it in a to go container like we were all done. We were extremely upset and had never had such poor service or felt so unwelcome before. Hotel excellent, restaurant staff disappointing.

Liked: The room was spectacular! Such a vibe.
Disliked: Literally the perfect hotel except for the fact that we got double charged and never refunded even though we went through so many hoops to get the charge refunded. We were ultimately told that we should just dispute it through our bank and that they can’t really do much for us which sucks. We would’ve used this as our hotel of choice every time we came to town but we lost almost $200 to them due to no fault of our own. :(

Disliked: Elevator made grinding noise/ toilet didn’t flush/ air conditioner loud/noise all night on halls…all for $500 for one night

Great weekend would stay again...

Liked: It was very convenient everything was in walking distance, I didn’t have to drive at all
Disliked: My room view could’ve been a whole lot better all we could see was the AC unit and the building across from the property
