Disliked: Water pressure in the shower was very low.

Liked: The location was good. It was easy to book and easy to check in. The room was overall pleasant.
Disliked: The bathroom smelt very strongly of sewage. There was only 1 pillow on each bed and no spare pillows or blankets.The bed by the window had a draft.The radiator was very dusty.

Disliked: I think they have to cancel the picture of the breakfast area. There is no breakfast room on site unfortunately

Liked: For one night it was fine. Likes the late check out time.
Disliked: However, felt falsely advertised as many pictures showed the breakfast area and dining room. However, this was not an option or even opened. Feel this pictures should not be shown. Was really disappointed.Many of the fixtures were broken such as radiator, leaking ,metal bar sticking /hanging out of bed which cut one of the children legs. And the toilet wasn't even attached to the wall.the plugs didn't even fit the sockets properly.

good location, not very worth...

Disliked: heater in the bathroom wasnt working, came back only to see one towel provided after cleaning service when we had 4 people. went to the reception to ask for extra towels but they only have 2 more so we’re short of one towel for two nights. staff attitude very nonchalant and couldn’t be bothered too. body wash provided wasn’t enough for 4 people. room was squeezy and there wasn’t any lift so we had to lug all luggages up the stairs.

Disliked: Little things didn't work, the usb socket by bed didn't work nor did the hairdryer
