Liked: Hotel is close to metro station and to a retail center so, even if the hotel does not have restaurant you can manage it
Disliked: Dirty sheets.

Hair on bed

Disliked: unfortunately, me and my family member found a lot of hair in within the beds and we asked to switch rooms and the new room also had it and we had asked for a partial refund due to the circumstance but the manager had said that he can either refund the full amount or we have to take the room which I found very unacceptable

A fantastic place.

Liked: I like the room, it's so perfect for me and value for money.
Disliked: It's was -4 in London yesterday and the heater wasn't on. Also, there was no hand & shower soap.
