Liked: Great location and surroundings with plenty parking, easy access to public transport and several food & drinks outlets very close by Check-in reception staff professional & friendly Breakfast variety satisfactory and staff courteous and efficient Scenic view over the bay worth the stay
Disliked: Room size and layout disappointing for a 4-star hotel expectations Spa staff totally unengaged and especially useless with reference to the pool technical issues experienced on 4/11/24

Liked: I used the hotel to stay with my work, so the location was great and the breakfast restaurant opened at 7am so no need to rush before going to work. Staff were great.
Disliked: the room could of been a little cleaner, I hate it when I find other peoples hairs on the towels etc., but all in all it was ok

Good location and the staff...

Liked: We got an upgrade which was kind but the suite was a little sparse on furniture for the balcony, ie there wasn’t any.
Disliked: Bathroom could do with an overall, as could the elevators.
