Liked: The hotel is very well located in a central area with restricted traffic access.
Disliked: Room size is just about acceptable for the category and price level (Executive Room, 370€/night). However, the open wash area behind a partition wall is unacceptably small.The room offered only one seat (a chair), which is inadequate for this category. A second chair would have easily fit if the awkwardly positioned snack shelf had not protruded into the room. Furniture and fixtures appear high quality at first glance, but closer inspection tells a different story.The shower tray had a large crack which one had to avoid stepping on to prevent injury. The card reader casing at the door had come off, leaving the electronics exposed and easily removable.Despite excellent weather, we had to use artificial lighting throughout our stay, as the room was located on the first floor facing a narrow inner courtyard. The small windows allowing hardly any natural light into the room – not acceptable at this price point.You can hear and feel the metro passing underneath the building. Light sleepers will likely find this disturbing.Service was distant overall. Simple requests were not addressed, and our impression was that only the bare minimum effort was made.The hotel gives a good first impression, but upon closer inspection, service and infrastructure fall short of what we’ve experienced in similarly priced hotels in Paris. We had originally planned to return in the autumn with two other couples – we have since decided to book another Hotel.

Disliked: I'm a vegetarian, I had nice a buffet breakfast which I paid for in advance, I thought it was a bit much if you wanted an option from the menu of say avacado on toast, or mushrooms or spinach you were charged extra, I don't eat eggs so if I had a choice of something hot from the buffet it was peas and carrots for 2 days and broccoli on our last day, both of which I had and were very nice, I'm not complaining just saying I think some people would be a bit put out by the selection
