Disliked: Description of rooms is misleading. What is called « suite » is just an ordinary room. There were no separate living room and bedroom as advertized in the description. Quality of service in restaurant is below standard.

Disliked: I booked the hotel for three nights. I made a mistake - just needed two night. The staff at the hotel insist on paying me for three nights, because it was a non-refundable rate. I would expect more customer orientation and support since I definitely needed two nights only.

Liked: The hotel offer a "local" braeakfast. You need to speak Spanish to order some food or to communicate with the staff at the place.
Disliked: The hotel claims to be a 5 star hotel. This is by no means appropriate nor ok. It is at the best a 3-4 star hotel with local "flavor". You better stay at the Hilton close by.
