Disliked: Had an experience with cold shower during the accommodation.

The room was not clean,...

Disliked: The hotel is unfortunately not clean, the bathroom was not a 100% clean, the day blanket to cover the bed was stained with old blood stains, the room was full of dust which led to a major allergic reaction for both of us and we had to get anti allergy medication at the pharmacy which we never had to do before even though we’re allergic to dust , but the problem in the room is that it’s tiny and filled with fabrics on the bed, the cushions, the curtains and all of them haven’t been cleaned which led to major dust build up.

Generally the hotel is good...

Liked: The location was very good. And rooms were really clean.
Disliked: The alleviator is too small. Only two people kan use it in the same time. If you want to carry your bags and you are more than one person, it’s going to be difficult.

All in all good would...

Liked: The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great close to metro, lots of restaurants and walking distance to shopping streets.
Disliked: It was a bit chilly in the rooms and the doors do shut louder than usual.

Would definitely come back for...

Liked: The location was just what we needed. It was close to the metro station, had great restaurants and bars nearby, as well as coffee shops. Even though the room was small, it was really clean and the cleaning service took care of our room everyday of our stay. Communication with front desk staff was great and staff overall was really helpful.
