Good

Liked: Very large and recently renewed room, comfortable bed and quiet environment. The hotel is a few minutes away from the metro in a nice area.
Disliked: The hotel common spaces are a bit outdated. Some surfaces weren’t properly dusted for a while.

It was an ok stay.

Liked: Room was acceptable clean however it was smelling cigarettes. the good thing about it is the location, is very close to metro if you want to visit Paris and is not far from the center. The staff is very friendly and helpful
Disliked: they should invest in furniture, the wardrobe was broken, now a days business can buy from IKEA or even second hand if you don't want to invest too much money, but presenting a broken wardrobe does not look nice

Liked: Excellent location right beside a metro station into the main part of Paris. Very nice staff. Lovely room for the price.

Disliked: the room looked worn out, not what it was shown on photo. bed cover had holes and it was quite too old. Only one socket, so if you are traveling and have more than 1 device to charge it will be a quest.

Disliked: Leaving the place no help to carry our bags up 3 flights of stairs,the breakfast was cold as was the tea & coffee no toast or cereals only croissants it was terrible.
