Great pictures but reality is...

Liked: It’s a perfect location with parking next door. I paid 45€ extra for renovated room but that’s not worth it. No airconditioning, basic bathroom, no proper working wifi, no water or any minibar. All very basic. Design is nice but they forgot comfort.

Beautiful and nice hotel with...

Liked: One of the most beautiful hotel interiors I’ve experienced and I wasn’t expecting anything like that in Zaragoza. The room was lovely and beds were comfortable. My favourite part was breakfast at the top floor. It would be even nicer to enjoy the breakfast outside on the terrace if it wasn’t so windy. Also, the location was perfect.

Liked: One night stop over en route to Mallorca. Hotel was very clean, smelt lovely and staff friendly and helpful. We were in one of the older rooms overlooking a small garden, very quiet, room perfectly adequate and bathroom with shower very well designed. Parking is in an underground car park adjacent to the hotel. Parking outside limited to 15 mins but enough time to check in, deposit bags and be directed to the car park. Hotel offers a preferential rate for a 24hour parking stay which is good too. Plenty of places to eat / drink nearby. Basilica, cathedral and palace worth a visit.
