Should have read the facilities...

Liked: Location, comfortable rooms, good breakfast
Disliked: No tea or coffee making facilities in room or complementary water, but in all fairness didn't fully read the in room facilities. It is very minimalist, which is not completely our thing.

Disliked: The room has a false expectation , its important see the last photos this hotel on booking, because the entrance its very attractive but in the end you get old and dirty rooms, very low quality of metress, very badly insulated rooms(noisy and with mould on the ceilings).The price is very expensive for the hotel quality, I did a booking for a standard room, paid 81€ and when I try to change for a better room they charged me plus 30€, bear in attention the price for this type of room in their website was 102€. Do the math!Additionally on the room description's says that you have a parking, which you haven't, its a public park closed by the hotel where you have to pay 15€ for 24h.Also the location is not the safest, speciality in the night.

Good place to land for...

Liked: Breakfast, the lobby is cool. I had a decent room but I guess it was unrenovated. It wasn't really well maintained but it was satisfactory.
Disliked: I think a fresh coat of paint and maybe a better way to block out the windows. Facing inward you cannot open the window without staring into the neighboring room. And just little things like finishing the trim and a fresh coat of paint on the room would help.The noise and screams of people coming in late was unsettling but not really the hotels fault.

Liked: Unusual hotel with stylish spacious public spaces and bedrooms.calm ambiance. Tranquil feel.Excellent bathroom. TV and WiFi worked well.Was Air con in room but not needed.Superb breakfast for 15 Euro.Good location adjacent to tram stop and bus routes. Great for exploring the city attractions.Receptionists always pleasant.
Disliked: No significant issues. A box of tissues would be a small improvement. Maybe a bin in bedroom.
