Liked: Breakfast options were better than expected, nice to have food available that was high in protein and fresh.
Disliked: Location next to apartment building, a dog was barking early in the morning that was a bit annoying as I was trying to sleep.

Comfortable, but would have liked...

Liked: The location was great for my meetings. It was also easy to access the freeway. The room had a very comfortable mattress on the bed, and the rocking chair was very also comfortable and a treat!
Disliked: My big complaint was that the front desk did not have the breakfast sign out when I checked in, no one told me that there was a breakfast to purchase, and I did not see the sign until I checked out. I thought that the juice, coffee, tea, and fruit were the only things offered for breakfast. It would be better to be TOLD about the breakfast opportunities upon check-in. They had to come and take away the stand that the mattress was on because it made the bed too high and I couldn't get into bed at first!

Liked: We really like this hotel. The staff members are exceptional. they really work together. Love the free cookies, the comfortable bed, and the quietness of the property.
Disliked: Don't think you can do anything about this, but the height of the hotel limits the sunshine at various times of day when we want to lay by the pool. But Mother Nature is Mother Nature. She's old like the rest of us and probably not willing to change her ways.

Liked: We had coffee , it was good . Overall very nice experience . The bed was comfy.
Disliked: The office chair is worn . The sink seemed hard to fully shut off . The bathroom door stuck , was hard to close .

Liked: Not too busy , easy to locate . Perfect for a stay of your going to the shoreline theater.
Disliked: Rooms are a tad small but it definitely did the job for a good nights rest .
