Great place, breakfast was fab,...

Liked: Amazing location! Right in the centre only 30 mins walk from the train station. Room was extremely comfortable, bed was really firm which can be rare in a hotel. Wished we’d stayed longer than a night.
Disliked: We couldn’t get the tv to connect to the internet so there was only domestic tv but no biggie. Some tight stairs to get to the reception which was difficult with large cases, would be more difficult for someone less agile.

Lovely hotel in central Verona....

Liked: Staff was excellent. It was a great location for a first time visitor to Verona!
Disliked: Too many stairs with no elevator…but it all worked.

Hotel is in a fantastic...

Liked: The staff were incredibly helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast on the balcony was great too with a very good breakfast selection too.
Disliked: The only downside was the lack of sockets in the room, particularly by the bed which would have been very useful.

Liked: Location is outstanding. Staff of this family-run hotel was outstanding. Super nice and helpful. Breakfast was really good.Clean rooms and quiet.
Disliked: Parking isn't that close and access to the property is limited by car. Makes it tough for luggage. Rooms were small.Pillows were hard

Liked: Breakfast had a lot of choices, sat out on the terrace with a great view. Friendly staff.
Disliked: For a twin room, it was a bit small. No power points by bed, so had to charge phones in bathroom and on the floor and by the front door, not ideal.
