Liked: The room, was not the greatest, and the shower had many issues leaking, and the door falling apart, that made the experience very uncomfortable, since the bathroom always had water on the floor. The staff was great and the location as well, very centric!

Liked: Great location close to Loreto Metro Station & good restaurant next door.
Disliked: Noisy outside & no breakfast

Milan stay april 7th

Liked: Staff and location were great property clean and plenty towels etc. Facilities - minor things toilet seat very loose and wobbly and shower head needed fixed as would not stay on fixing on wall.

Liked: Stayed with the family for one night. The hotel has a great location in a quiet and clean area, close to the metro. There are many good cafes nearby, including McDonald’s and a grocery store. The bed linen was clean. The staff was very polite and friendly. Excellent value for money. The reception is open 24/7. After check-out, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel.As for the downsides – poor sound insulation, a broken bathroom lock, and some mold in the shower.Overall, it’s a good budget hotel :) We’d be happy to stay again!

Liked: Highly recommend to anyone going to Milan to book this hotel. Wonderful service, super friendly staff and very fresh. In addition, the hotel is about 2 minutes from the metro and takes 10 minutes to go to the duomo. Many thanks for your hospitality, will definitely come back to this hotel.
