I like the hotel.

Liked: During January the heating was great, and it was very warm in the room. The personal was awesome. The location is exactly in the center.
Disliked: No shampoo.

Liked: I loved the location and the room. I also loved the decoration with all the frogs pictures everywhere!
Disliked: There is nothing to dislike. Everything was perfect.

Liked: Great location, friendly and helpful staff, easy parking, good sized room.
Disliked: Only have 1 pillow that was very soft, almost like a comforter, and provided no support. The water in the shower kept getting boiling hot and cold throughout the showers, changing water temperature even when no changes were being made by me. Showers were not pleasant.

Superb

Liked: Super central location to explore Trier! Friendly staff and cozy rooms. Steps away from restaurants (try the Weinhaus) and shops. Parking in hotel lot is available, but tight. There are larger parking garages nearby.
