I enjoyed thoroughly my stay.
Liked: The property was well managed. The room was comparatively small, but they utilized every available space. The hotel staffs were very friendly, especially Tommy, one of the front desk staff.I loved the breakfast system - the hotel provided some ingredients and we made our own breakfast. Also there were other cooking appliances available for the guests to cook their lunch and so on.
Disliked: The room and washroom were small.

Disliked: The hotel room was very bad. The hygiene was extremely poor. The room had no windows that could be opened. It smelled damp and musty. There were also no slippers, and overall cleanliness was lacking. The room was extremely small, the bed was uncomfortable, and the only furniture included a foldable chair and a folding bed.

amazing location, nice, clean and...
Liked: The hotel has the best possible location. Rooms are small but functional, and you don't feel the small size. The property is amazing, cozy, and clean with a backyard. Amazing value for the price.
Disliked: I have 2 downsides, which are my personal preferences. Before arrival, I received quite a few messages and emails, really a bunch, saying, that I needed to register for my stay, by clicking on a provided link. Firstly, links never worked not in emails, nor in messages. It was quite annoying to receive them, and on top of that they put you on an alert, that smth needs to be done. When emailed the property, asking why the link did not work, and if they could resend it, I got an email, saying, that someone would reply back to me within 24H, but no one ever did. My point is - to turn down the volume of auto messages and pay attention, to customer's actual questions. There is a receptionist at the property, with the hours of 12-8, basically, this is the time when you are gone for the day. There were no options, to receive any information before planning the day, in the morning. Also, if you have an issue in the room, and leave before 12, you will need to try to catch the receptionist and be back before 8. I would say, that hours need to be changed.

Overall a good-value choice for...
Liked: The open kitchen was super convenient, especially when we didn't want to go out for food during the storm. The location of this hotel is brilliant, walking distance to all places we wanted to visit. The staffs were friendly as well.
Disliked: The toilet and sink are separate (not in the same room), which is not very convenient. But I guess this design is understandable due to the limit of space.
