Liked: Perfect stay 👌 highly recommend this hotel!!! Lovely staff 👌 and good breakfast, nice comfortable room, really good location approx 8 min walking distance to Galeria krakowska (train and bus station). The only feedback/suggestion I would like to share would be please consider providing decaff coffea option and selection of teas inside your rooms also woder selection of snacks (in a bar) on Mondays when restaurant is closed. Thank you for your hospitality ❤️ I hope to come back soon

Liked: Great location and very easy to get into the main areas. Would stay in again, as it was lovely and quiet also.
Disliked: Bathrooms are a little strange. Loved the big bath but the toilet is very close to the bedroom, with a small glass door separating.

Liked: It was very modern and really clean and they attended to your needs right away
Disliked: The AC was not swinging./oscillating. It stayed in one direction only so the area where the AC was pointed at which was my bed got very cold and the rest of my roommates were feeling warm. They didn’t have milk in the room but when we asked they provided right away.
