Liked: The hotel is in a beautiful historic building in a very popular walkable area close to many sites. The bedroom and bathroom were like new with every amenity in place. The staff was very professional and helpful.

Liked: Very central & at this time of year nice & quiet, lovely terrace on 9th floor overlooking Madrid,& also a nice place to sit read a book & enjoy the spring sun! Hotel was very nice, It's beside all shops restaurants, short walk to Palace & main park,, however Madrid itself, I found very little to do, apart from shopping, couldn't really go to any shows as they would be in spanish! Taxi 33e from airport fixed price both ways. We spent 3 nights, probably 2 would have been enough to see sights!
