Very good

Liked: The location was great, right in the centre with plenty going on around it. The staff were great. The room was cleaned everyday. The toiletries provided contained everything and more that you'd need for a few days away. There was a lovely bar/terrace on the 9th floor and the bar maid, Clara, was lovely.
Disliked: My room at the front of the hotel tended to be noisy in the evening as there was a lot going on outside. This didn't bother too much but might not suit everyone.
