Quality, Service & Price

Liked: Service was fantastic, from the minute we arrived to the time we left. Manager Anna-Lucia was so helpful with early check in and allowed us to use the hotel facilities after check out. Location is close to everything you need. Large room and clean. Will come back. Thankyou Anna-Lucia and the team.
Disliked: People putting their towels on the best chairs around the pool for the whole day and not using them!

Superb

Liked: The staff was absolutely amazing. The fact that is on the beach and the beach place (umbrella and beach chairs) is included in the price makes for a hassle-free vacation. We will definitely come back.
Disliked: The shower was a bit on the smaller size and leaky.It was a bit hard to find their parking lot, but it seems to be a general issue in Lignano.

Expensive for this old 4****hotel

Liked: Location was really good, private parking with no problem, nice garden and pool, kind staff, close "private" beach.
Disliked: The hotel's facility and furnitures was worth 4**** maybe 20-30 years ago. Now it was just old and i don't think it worth 220 per night, it is just too much for this kind of old 4*** hotel. Also they don't mention in the description that their private beach is right next to beach for dogs so it was the whole time just woof woof dogs barking. They have a nice terrace with tables and seats but the breakfast is serving in closed space, where in pandemic times was every morning 30-40 people without mask, but after small insisting they allowed us to bring our breakfast to the terrace and eat there. Who want's to eat breakfast in closed room when they have terrace and is on the vacation? The breakfast was poor. Really no vegetable, just sweet, eggs, bread, ham, cheese, some salmon and some fruit. No big choices.

Liked: Simply excellent dinner (as a part of a half board). And staff as warm & friendly as possible, great hospitality.
