Unfortunately, I faced multiple issues that ruined my experience.1.Double Charge: I was charged twice for the room because I was traveling with someone.2.Lack of Services: I was not provided with blankets, and there was no heating in the room.3.Customer Service: The reception did not have staff available after certain hours, preventing me from seeking assistance.4.Parking: There were no parking options available.5.Health Issues: I developed allergies due to the sheets, which seemed to have something on them.I hope that measures will be taken regarding these issues so that other guests do not have a similar experience.
