Not worth the money save...

Liked: Location was very central. Heating in the room worked well. There were enough sockets to charge devices.
Disliked: Had to pay extra for a private bathroom. Coffee in the morning cost €2. There is no water or ketel in the room. Towels were old and thin. The staff were quite unfriendly. Overall, the price does not justify the quality of the hotel. Best to book a bit more expensive hotel, especially if staying longer than 1 night.

Good

Liked: Simple furnishings but very spacious 2 bed apartment. Nice that the girls had their own single beds.Great location - 2 mins walk to a major station and around 10 mins walk to Marionplatz. Friendly check in staff. Excellent value for money.
Disliked: It is a very simple place, so we didn't feel comfortable spending too long in the hotel - which was fine.We were glad to be staying on the first floor - would not have wanted to lug furniture up many flights of stairs (there was a lift but it looked ancient!)

Convenient and accommodating

Liked: Great location. Close to Sendlinger Tor. Right on the pedestrian walk area. Nice to walk from there to Marienplatz without concerns for traffic. The staff was super friendly, very helpful with recommendations, providing extra tea cups. Allowed us to store bags for an extra hour after checkout. Family room was more spacious than we had anticipated.
Disliked: Really minor: Small elevator so took a bit to get our bags up to our floor. You just need to allow for some extra time. Room was warm. We should have sought assistance to get the heat turned down.

Great location and large room....

Liked: Central location and large family room- they provided us with a crib and even though the room didn’t have its own mini fridge, they allowed us to store our items in theirs.
Disliked: Small elevator and the shower door is small so leaks to the bathroom floor if you’re not careful
