Liked: I loved the building itself - the architecture was stunning and the way that it was decorated went right along with the whole feel of the place. The espresso bar in the lobby was wonderful. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. If I ever need to stay in the area again this would definitely be my first choice!
Disliked: The Pan American Grill and Brewery had pretty slow service. The food was so-so and took a long time to get to our table.

Everything good about the experience, except the attached restaurants closing early. Would have been nice to eat there after concert.

Liked: Very clean. Huge room. Valet were very nice people.
Disliked: Not sure if owned by the hotel, but restaurants/bars attached to the hotel closed between 9-10.

Disliked: I wanted a late night snack. Sign on wall by elevator stated vending and ice with direction arrow, but could not/did not find any vending machines on entire floor

The man i called on...

Liked: Beautiful area in a beautiful building. Having no parking and having to walk 2 blocks from the parking garage in 6 degree weather was no enjoyable.
Disliked: The lady at the front desk accused me of not being 21 after seeing my ID and told us we couldn’t stay because i wasn’t 21. When i am. and she just looked at my sideways ID. I didn’t like being accused of not being of age when you should know what the date of 21 is. I’m in the restaraunt and bar industry and it’s almost the exact same. You should know the date of not being able to serve someone who isn’t 21. It was embarrassing and made me feel awkward.

Disliked: PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!!! I am someone who travels and this was a CATFISH “hotel “ !!! This is a RESIDENT building and the 2ND FLOOR ONLY is the hotel…YES YOU READ THAT RIGHT!!!! Parking was terrible, we had to go around the block to a parking ramp, you can tell the fixings were done over messy work, crumbs and mess in the leather chairs in the room, just not up to par… BY PASS THIS ONE and THANK ME LATER!!! We are now heading to our Valentine’s Day HOTEL AND SPA FOR SOME REAL luxury!!!!!!

Disliked: Rooms weren’t very clean, no water or toiletries were topped up.
