Exceptional

Good for a short stay

Liked: I liked the location of the hotel: metro station within the walking distance, a couple of supermarkets and cafes near by. The personnel was very polite and nice. The breakfasts were good and diverse. The room was quite clean, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, the stay was good for a couple of nights.
Disliked: The whole room is a bit outdated, and the window in it wasn't closing quite well, so it was a bit chilly inside. The Wi-Fi signal wasn't strong all the time. There were only two bottles of water in the mini bar. You could hear what was happening in the neighbour rooms.

Liked: Shower was great, liked the little shower gel's and shampoos, that was nice as it was unexpected.Extra pillows available in the wardrobe which was great.All the staff were very friendly.Breakfast was great, eggs and bacon were perfect! Loved the little bar in the lobby area.
Disliked: Room could do with a bit of an update in terms of re-decorating.Room safe didn't work so we used our friends safe which was more modern and easier to work!Very small lift!!

Passable

Liked: The value for the money wasn't there, and I was hugely disappointed to find that booking a month in advance cost 50% more than a last-minute booking. The location is good if you want to visit San Siro stadium apart from that a bit far from the city center. Bathroom needs renovation and the walls are thin, we could hear our neighbors showering very well.
