Liked: The room was clean and the shower/ bathroom was good.
Disliked: The pillows were poor making for an uncomfortable sleep.No plug in the sink.

Amsterdam is a great city...

Liked: Location was great so near the rijkmuseum and Vincent Van Gogh - tram stop very close by and such an efficient service - 2 stops and you were at the Centraal Train Service - lots of restaurants near by too
Disliked: Would like to have been told our room was not in the main hotel when booking otherwise all was good

Liked: Overall a very good spot for someone traveling solo. Only minor complaint is that ceilings were very creaky so I could hear people walking often, but otherwise a really great stay! Great staff, great location

Liked: Nice touches on welcoming drink, and parting snack. Close to museums, parks, and fun neighborhoods. Personally, happy that it’s close to an awesome swimming pool.
