Excellent location, great hotel

Liked: Location was excellent for the museums. The hotel room was very clean and nice to stay in and everyone was very nice.
Disliked: There was nothing not to like.

Liked: Hotel Asteriks is very well located - walking distance from the very city centre (15 mins) and the museums' area (10 mins). We got there easily with public transport from the airport. The street is very quite and nice, and in the neighbourhood there is plenty of places for brunch, lunch, dinner, pancakes :-)The room was at #25 (so not on the main building), but this was not a problem at all! The room is big, clean and warm.
Disliked: It would be ideal to have the option for breakfast in the Hotel premises.

Welcoming and cozy!

Liked: Great location. Friendly staff, welcoming environment. Clean and beautiful room with attention to details. A personal touch could be found everywhere! Love the family information about the owners of the hotel. Felt like I was a very special guest in a luxurious home! Also the gift was such a kind gesture! Definitely coming back when I make my way to Amsterdam again!
Disliked: Nothing really hehe. Only good things here!

Cosy hotel with perfect location

Liked: Very good location, bus, tram and metro only few minutes walk.Comfortable bed, nice room, good blackout curtain (for me it is so important)Typical Dutch house with narow and and steep stairs, but the good news - there is elevator :)The staff really kind and helpful, we got goodbay present, thanks for all
Disliked: Unfortunately there is no possibility to have breakfast, but there is a coffeemachine in the lobby. Only the first coffee is free, i think would be nice to offer the coffee for free.

I will definitely stay here...

Liked: This property was spotlessly clean and the twin share room very spacious. Lounge and dining facilities very convenient.

Quiet, clean and the right...

Liked: Location in a very quiet street a short walk from a major transport hub with trams and metro. City centre, museum quarter and central station only 1-2 stops away.Compact single room with good en suite.Friendly helpful staff. The little gift when we left was a lovely touch.
Disliked: I was in the annexe whilst my friend was in the main building
