Very good

Liked: The staff was amazing,very helpful, professional,kind and knowledgeable.The room was great.The building was very nice,beautifully decorated. Very quiet room, the towels were changed daily ,and room was made every day.Good location,close to grocery store,museum,opera and metro station.
Disliked: When we arrived ,we were provided the room without window and two twin beds instead booked double one. The shower was quite narrow and uncomfortable for tall people like we are to use.(189 cm) :)The breakfast was very limited variety( the same every day) cold and very poor options for vegetarians.(mushroom and beans) no fruits.
