Beautiful Coconut Grove

Liked: The location is superb, coconut grove is a beautiful area with lots of lovely bars and restaurants.The staff were friendly and helpful.Everywhere was clean Big bed and the view was great
Disliked: The poor quality of bathroom products and coffee in the roomsThe rooms felt dated especially in comparison to the lobby/hallways which are more modern.The towels weren't big enough and the bedding felt starchy

Disorganized and Disinterested Staff

Liked: The location is perfect, if you want to stay in Coconut Grove.
Disliked: The hotel is extremely disorganized. The staff made a mess with my booking, and it was a confusion from checking to checkout.They called me late at night to ask, if a really booked the room, canceled my keys in the following day, and tried to charged waters and valet that I didn’t used.The room was only clean once (Partially cleaned. Trash remained in the room and they don’t refill the soap, that was almost empty when we got into the room) during for nights. When a complained about the service with the hotel, the told me that this is part of the hotel policy. I must get used to it. The front desk man was only concerned about saying that nothing was his fault and that he was not accountable for anything. Unbelievable.The room door was not locking, and I had to complain with the staff more than once, and make a video for them to fix the door.When I was leaving the hotel before 6am, I called an Uber. The street was closed due to a art festival and the front desk lady didn’t aware me. I only realized it was closed when the Uber called me to say it was impossible to reach the hotel.It is not a bad hotel, but it was an unpleasant experience.

Perfect stay.

Liked: Location was great. Large clean room. Bay view on the balcony was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and a deal at $15pp. Staff was helpful.
Disliked: Nothing.
