A van perfect base and...
Liked: Great pool and fabulous location in Coconut grove. The staff were also excellent and very helpful.
Disliked: Tiny corner patio with limited sea view. No bar but great pool on the 8th floor with amazing views.

Bay views
Liked: The location across from peacock park, the bay and all the area restaurants is perfect. We had suite and it was clean and comfortable. All the staff were super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The pool area needs TLC with loose paint chips

A great stay at hotel...
Liked: Great location close to many shops, restaurants, parks and the water. The room was large and had a little kitchenette which was useful. It was clean and comfortable. The pool was so nice and a great temperature. It wasn’t too crowded and everyone there was friendly.
Disliked: The elevators took a long time to use.

Disliked: Dear VRBO Support Team,I am following up on a noise complaint I initially reported to you on November 20th regarding the unacceptable noise around property 2285725. Unfortunately, this issue has persisted throughout my stay, and I must inform you that this has been my worst booking experience ever.I had hoped for a resolution or at least a proactive response to address the situation. However, your reply stating, "these are private condos, and we have no influence on the neighboring apartments," is simply not sufficient. As a property rental service, it is your responsibility to ensure the quality of the experience for your customers, including screening and maintaining properties in a manner that avoids such recurring issues.Please note that I have been a loyal customer in the past, as you can verify from your records. Regrettably, due to the lack of action and support on this matter, I will not be booking through VRBO in the future, nor can I recommend your services to others.Attached, you will find a video (one of many…) I recorded on my last day of vacation as evidence of the ongoing noise issue. I hope this feedback prompts you to take measures to prevent similar experiences for future guests.Thank you for your attention.
