Liked: The staff went over and above and made our stay more enjoyable than I thought possible. We had a glitch in our movie and they comped it ans sent upMaintenance, who quickly fixed the issue. we had a do not disturb sign in order that we do not get housekeeping and then we got a phone call asking if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend Hotel Arts! The purpose of our stay was a girly staycation and have a pool day and the atmosphere in the pool is cozy and warm and totally met our expectation.
