Liked: Location, staff, comfort and cleanliness
Disliked: My tv (maybe just the remote) didn’t work, but I could’ve gone to the front desk to get help, I chose not to. I’m sure they would’ve fixed it, but I was fine without it.

Liked: Clean and very very nice staff!!!
Disliked: Parking was tricky and the breakfast was not great. The coffee was cold, the yogurt was warm and the fruit was mushy.

Beautiful hotel in a great...

Liked: Fantastic location, and not the usual (boring) hotel chain setting.
Disliked: The breakfast was good, but it could have been presented a bit nicer. For instance, no spoons to eat your boiled eggs. A bit more thought would have been nice for a hotel of this price.I did not like the large number of unusual emails from the hotel (through booking.com). At the end I sent an email questioning the hotel if it did indeed receive my recommendation - I started getting nervous about being a victim of fraud. Unfortunately, I never received a reply. But finally everything worked out.

Liked: Everything about this property is so thoughtful with the traveler mind—The helpful front desk staff, luxurious and well appointed rooms, food and bar, facilities, and underground secure parking. The location was great, too, near the park and plenty of restaurant and shopping options. We enjoyed it immensely.
Disliked: Nothing
