Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Liked: A terrific little hotel. Spotless, everything functional, a really solid 3 star - I only had a Budget Room. A good simple, breakfast - I would normally not bother, but previous reviews recommended. It was worth it, not down to anything fancy, just everything there to get you going. All staff are super friendly, and seemingly plugged into the overall management of the place. House keeping, breakfast, and front desk are all exceptional. Reserved parking was excellent - I arrived early and was given a spot, checked in at the correct time later.,Location was great for Santander I booked early, and the price was excellent
Disliked: I would have liked a minifridge. It was not listed as being provided, so not a complaint.

Great location and staff, however...

Liked: Great location. The staff was fantastic. Parking was a little tight—you need to be comfortable getting into a very old and narrow car elevator. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, close to the main road by the sea, restaurants and more.
Disliked: The downside was the restaurant/breakfast—it was not good by any standard, much less European standards. There was not a good selection of anything.

Lovely relaxing stay, friendly staff,...

Liked: Lovely friendly hotel. Stayed in room 204 which has a balcony and great view of the Bay. Great buffet breakfast.

Great location and interesting hotel

Liked: The location was great for access to the town and seafront via a series of escalators and a lift. View from our room fabulous and great breakfast
