Super helpful staff and great...

Liked: we stayed 2 nights, one in a small room with no view and the other in a generous room with a balcony with an excellent view of the city! all thanks to friendly and accommodating staff :) the new room was ready so we did not have to store luggage or come back to check in :) Breakfast was great and varied.
Disliked: Breakfast is a little pricy

Exceptional hotel with very friendly...

Liked: Great, large room with balcony and great view..
Disliked: Got woken up by youths in the street shouting and screaming in the early hours of the morning - but obviously not the fault of the hotel..

Perfect for Santander before the...

Liked: Parking simple, room more than adequate, breakfast brilliant, but more than anything else the staff were really friendly and very helpful. There is also a nice little cafeteria close by. Getting to the ferry terminal was easy.
Disliked: The room could have been cleaned a little better, there was quite a bit of sand on the floor.

Nice view and good location....

Liked: We liked the view and the decoration of the entrance hall... and that's it.
Disliked: The room was covered with dust - it was easy to see on the phone and bedside tables. It's obvious the cleaning is done poorly. What sense to put Nespresso coffee machine to the room if you serve just 1 coffee per person... and we've stayed for 2 days - > change the machines for something useful or leave enough coffee in the room. The safe was closed, even thought not critical, but still - was not able to use. The wi-fi was not connecting at all and even the mobile connection was poor in the room... weird building construction or poor area coverage. Anyway we had to use mobile internet 100% of time. The personnel was not going beyond greetings and never asked if we lacked anything. The facilities and not new, but still in an ok condition. The hotel obviously needs proper management.

Couldn't wish for a better...

Liked: We've got upgraded for free and the room was exceptional. Very clean, a very comfy bed, enough space in the room, and a big cozy bathroom with a great shower. We had a bit sea-view terrace, with thick curtains. The staff is great, very friendly and very kind, we had an amazing stay thanks to them! Also, they have outside and inside parking, both right at the entrance.
Disliked: Nothing, the value for the money is amazing. Couldn't wish for a better stay in Santander.

Interesting hotel, central to most...

Liked: The staff were wonderful. The room had a great view and there are large balconies with statues looking out to sea. It's a crowded area vehicle wise but staff always found me somewhere to park. The shower was hot and large.
Disliked: A room fridge would have been great and although there was a coffee pod machine a kettle would have been nice. Coat hooks near the room door would also be welcome. The bed was a little hard for me to be fully comfortable.
