Liked: Great location for the centre. Wally on Reception was excellent and explained how to return to the Hotel with the escalators/lift etc.
Disliked: The outside of the Hotel looks worn and tired and seemed a long way out which almost put us off staying there. Wally on reception convinced us that is was worth trying and we are glad we did.

Liked: Walli the chap on reception was very welcoming and helpful. The bedroom quiet with a lovely view and spacious shower room. Very comfortable bed.Location good with street lift and escalators nearby to help you get up the steep back to the hotel after dinner out. Lots of restaurant choices nearby.
Disliked: Slow wifi.

Excellent view

Liked: I was upgraded to a top-floor huge room with excellent views of the sea. Large comfort bed. The bathroom was cosy and large, it did not feel like a bathroom. The nespresso machine in the room was a treat.

Gem of a hotel in...

Liked: Beautiful hotel, very chic. Great views from our room. Very helpful friendly staff and good parking.Breakfast was wonderful with everything you could wish for.The hotel is up a steep hill but the receptionist explained there was a lift and escalators to the main part of town which worked brilliantly. Great location only minutes walk to the harbour with bars cafes and restaurants. Goid for shopping too. Would highly recommend this gem of a hotel.
Disliked: No fridge in room, not a huge problem but always nice to have for my medicine and cold drinks.
