Perfect location for visit of...

Liked: Everything was perfect. We arrived in the evening beyond the reception hours, but everything went smoothly. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was great! Staff was very pleasant!
Disliked: Nothing!

This is my 2nd time...

Liked: Breakfast was amazing. Staff is helpful. Only problem was the elevator wasn't working this time for the 3 days I wasn't there. I don't mind a good workout but that is part of the amenities and price I am paying. The rest is fine. Location, price, everything

Excellent hotel

Liked: Excellent value and location. Easy walk to everything. One of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. Wonderful town to explore with vibrant restaurants and shops. Easy train ride into Munich.

Nice downtown hotel

Liked: Great helpful staff and good breakfast. Nice being right downtown.
Disliked: Parking was frustrating. There’s a pay lot right across the street but you could not pay for the next day until 8 AM day of and then you have to go out and feed the meter unless you have the app. It only takes coins, no cash and would not accept American credit cards. Staff was wonderful at helping us out with the situation. Small room but expected with location.

Exceptional

Liked: A quiet and charming hotel with an amazing and very kind reception staff.
Disliked: Could be great with 2 good pillows for each in each room.
