Good!

Liked: Everything was very clean, the common area and my room too. The location was good. The staff was both professional and kind. I liked the old-fashioned style of the hotel. I liked how the common area was furnished. I also liked my room: it was essential and clean. It seems like the furniture hasn't been altered in 40 years (except the television) and I find this fact interesting as long everything was clean and working. It seems that the bathroom was recently refurbished.
Disliked: They provide a small soap and shampoo package, but this practice is outdated now. I would rather suggest installing a dispenser in the bathroom. There was a slight smoke smell in my room. However, the fact that the floor was totally covered by carpet, it did not help as probably there was some smoke absorbed.

Liked: Staff was kind and helpful. Bed was comfy. Room was clean.
Disliked: There was no dark curtain, so I needed to wake up with the sun. Breakfast was very poor. View from my window was to an industrial petrol storage.

Pleasant stay in the center...

Liked: Train station is located about 200 meters from the hotel, that is awesome.Parking for cars is on private secured property, fully recommend. :)

It worked for the two...

Liked: The location was good. I was in town to visit an airshow and there was a public transport stop a short walk away with a line to the airport.The hotel is not a far walk from the city's main square and historic area.Overall, the hotel was clean.
Disliked: My bed was not comfortable. The mattress was thin and the pillow was heavy and not supportive of a good sleep.The self-serve breakfast wasn't very wide in offer and the breakfast room was small and felt dated.The hotel feels dated in some ways and should be updated. For example, the lifts are an older style and rather small.
