Overall it was a pleasant...

Liked: The room was nice and comfortable.
Disliked: The staff at the hotel was very cold. We checked in with Samera, and she didn’t even mention which way was the elevator. She didn’t even mention about the shuttle service. We learnt about it from previous reviews of the hotel. However we were very impressed with the shuttle service. The driver Kory is a great guy and super friendly.
