Disliked: Parking spaces are difficult to access.

Great!

Liked: We loved the gardens and the second pool because the water was at a good temperature even though we went during the rainy season.
Disliked: The staff didn't go to the pool to ask if we needed anything, we had to go look for them.

Good experience! Staff was great and the location of the hotel was very helpful for us
