Pleasant
Liked: The only thing that was bad is broken shower 🚿. That needs to be changed. Thea rest was good and comfortable. Location is great. Easy to access. Would come back. Good price.
Disliked: Only shower. The rest was good. Nice and friendly staff. Would recomend to other people this place to stay.

The room was good value...
Liked: Location fab for Castle and city centre and 20 minute walk from train station. Good for one or two nights. Room very simple but clean. No breakfasts. Staff friendly. Good value budget room.
Disliked: No kettle or cups to make tea. Room could do with fresh lick of paint. Toilet seat was slightly damaged on one side.

Liked: Close facility and the centre.
Disliked: Car park. If you are not a good driver you risk to damage your car, property and the others car.

Basic room - basic facilities
Liked: Excellent communication - very clean and tidy - excellent booking in procedure - fantastic shower
Disliked: Well, we thought we had booked for two nights - only to find out it was for one night when checking the booking. compared to all our other stays throughout Europe this was very expensive for what we got - room was very small. We selected a hotel with parking but there was no proper on-site parking. prices in Verona are expensive so do not expect much for your bucks. No facilities other than bathroom and one big towel (for two?). Better to try and park off site than use the narrow and very crowded parking facility which had lots of restrictions. Unfortunately we upset a lot of locals - sorry!
