Liked: quite location, close to the park - terrace is nice downstairs
Disliked: arrived 3 hours before check in time, and got a room 1 hour after the so called “guaranteed check in time of 3pm”. the staff didn’t apologize or give expected time, just said you have to wait and i don’t know when the room will be available - felt like im asking for a favor rather than my right. even after the room was ready i had to personally come to reception for 4th time for them to say oh yeah, now its ready - no one even cared to call or prioritize cleaning the room since i showed 3 hours prior.i paid for deluxe room and got a room that looked like any other room - nothing really special - hence don’t expect a great value for money. the room was cleaned 1 time during the 4 day period - though i put “please clean the room” sign daily.the location is good if you need a quite place on the park, but i would happily seek other places to stay next time.

Nice hotel, but not value...

Liked: The hotel is gorgeous and the location by the park and close to the city center is fantastic.The hotel is advertised as having parking; however it should be clearer that parking is not included and is quite expensive. €50/night, which was quite disappointing given the expensive value that we were already paying for the rooms. Staff wasn’t welcoming nor willing to give recommendations when we arrived and just advised to come back later to check in.The rooms located in the top floor lack illumination. All in all, don’t think hotel is good value for money.

Loved the room.

Disliked: There is a lot of noise from the corridor as people leave early in the morning. Talking and banging doors.

It was OK

Liked: Breakfast was good, and the private garage was very good and handy for the car, even if slightly expensive but it did seem to be the going rate.
Disliked: Room wasn't really very cosy. Shower room was good but the open shower did go all over the place, and the sinks weren't very clean (good to have one each though!) and needed a deep clean round the edges. Bath was nice but they only gave us one bath bomb so the second night wasn't as good! Nice to have bath robes especially as the towels were a bit thin. Needed a full length mirror. We walked into the centre twice and although it was quite far it was manageable.
