Disliked: no 24 h reception, that is a must for a rated 4 stars hotel. no air conditioner, also unacceptable.

Liked: The location was perfect for a concert at the Arena. 1 night stay is enough.
Disliked: This is not a 4 star hotel. The room was very basic. No aircon. Tv did not work. Breakfast was more like a 2 star.
