Disliked: it seemed to be an inconvenient for us to checkin!staff seemed to be more interested in chatting to each other! not great for us weary travellers.no numbers on each floor to know which floor you were on

Liked: Local to the cathedral and shopping locations. Employees were nice
Disliked: No elevator and the small single rooms were a lot smaller than the pictures online showed. There were only 3 plugs and all in bad locations. 2 were up on top of the walls 1 was blocked by the bed (which is slightly concerning as a safety issue)

Disliked: One of the staff was so unwelcoming when I first arrived. Not the greatest first impression when he was that disinterested in greeting or being friendly. Not really someone who should be greeting guests.

Waste of money

Liked: Location was excellent!
Disliked: Room was absolutely filthy, bedding had hair on it, there were stains on the duvet and pillow, bathroom was dirty, room was quite small, one of the reception gentleman was also quite rude initially. We checked in and checked straight hour within the hour
