Superb

Liked: Hotel is very clean and quite. Many groceries around and various eating points, starting from great steak & grill restaurant just 5 mins walk, finishing by McDonald's, asian kitchen, also there's shopping mall Centrum Lopuszanska just 8-10 mins walk, where you can find pizza, sushi, kebab and other stuff, even pet store if you stay with pet and need something for them. Room has a refrigerator. Wi-Fi is good and stable. Good light in bathroom for make up. Shower head is good and hot water is coming instantly.
Disliked: Since there's a refrigerator to store the food, room could have had at least a pair or forks, knives and spoons. Otherwise you can't eat in the room.

Great hotel, staff and location

Liked: We loved the size of the room. It even had a small kitchen corner. You can see a little bit of wear in the rooms, but the cleaning was perfect.
Disliked: Nothing to not like. Everything was great!

Disliked: Reception staff speaks little to no English and does neither great or smile - we would feel more welcomed by a self-check-in machineLocation kinda far away (40 minute from city center by tram)Lobby always dead, no bar, nothingMany overlooked defaults/unlogical choices for the interieur in the room which tells a lot about the degree of detail orientation of the management:- one of three bath room door hangers broke out and is missing, therefore the door could not be closed. The same besayed door is a fire door model, heavy and has strong resistance when opened - absolutley unsuited for hotel rooms- the air conditioner is too weak to heat the room in winter, we set it even to max. 32° and it was not warm enough - it was also making strange annyoing noises in the night which annoyed my partner- the bed was somehow uncomfortable, even I didnt sleep well and generally speaking I am fine with any bed hard or soft; also the bed sheets were to short for the bed length and always sliding out; there was only one high cushion, no low cushion- there was a 2m kitchen isle...but it only had a water cooker nothing else...please explain!- the TV was only 32" and the channels did not swiftly change
