Liked: Pretty entry to hotel. Central location.Pleasant staff.
Disliked: Too much light at night. No way to darken the room.Very hard lumpy mattress. Might have been the base to mattress set rather than the actual mattress Incredibly noisy at night from near by clubs.Very little water pressure.

Liked: A good location about 10 minutes walk to the Zocalo and only 2 blocks from the Pullman de Morelos bus station. There are good cafes and a bar near there. Nice people, a good little covered porch-terrace for the room, and a swimming pool.
Disliked: There is noise at night from a disco several blocks away. All the hotels on the south side of Cuernavaca are affected.

Disliked: Old, unkept and rundown. Towels had holes and were like sandpaper, outlets didn’t work and ceiling was peeling.
