Liked: big room, king bed. the staff are VERY nice, I would recommend this hotel
Disliked: stains on the carpet, the shower head is outdated and small, pillows could be softer, clean but small towels

Our stay for one night...

Liked: Comfortable room & great banquet facilities.
Disliked: View from my room was a roof top & breakfast had very few selections including hot food only being eggs with way to much cheese in the middle and sausage.

All around good with wonderful...

Liked: Great staff. Clean and comfortable. Lots of pillows.
Disliked: Extra blankets were itchy and not sized very well.

We were visiting a sick...

Liked: The courtyard is beautiful. The hotel itself is comfortable and a bit more classy than the other hotel chains. Beds were comfortable, room was spacious and clean. Parking is convenient. The Lackawanna River Trail is lovely and within walking distance.
Disliked: Hot water came out of the cold tap. Directly outside the window there is a large outdoor streetlight that shines into the room even though the curtains are closed.
