Clean Rooms but Outdated and...

Liked: The Hotel rooms are very clean, they very old and outdated but you can tell they clean the bedsheets and floors everyday. It was the part I liked the most was the effort they place on clean rooms and the front personnel are very kind.
Disliked: The location is extremely unsafe after dark, during the morning is ok to walk fast to downtown but by no means do not be stupid and walk back once its dark, the are is full of thieves, and criminals walking the streets and hiding in alleys.
