Great venue for tourists.

Liked: The room was spotless, bathroom too. Was v small and bed could have been a bit wider. As it was against the wall it was a bit restricted. Next time we’ll ask for a larger double or 2 single beds. Breakfast and all staff were great. Location great too for public transport
Disliked: Bed. Room size as mentioned above

Everything was excellent

Liked: Small room, but comfortable for light baggage travelers, warm, clean and quiet. Instant coffee and tea included as compliment. Nice pillows and comfy beds. Very close to the central station and Tivoli.
Disliked: No remarks

Great location, rooms fine, but...

Liked: Staff -- very friendly and helpful! We had an issue with sinks in two rooms splashing water all over everywhere. This was fixed in a few hours (while we were out) as soon as we identified the issue to the front desk staff. Each time we had a question, an answer that was complete was provided right away.Location -- truly excellent, super close to main train station in Copenhagen, only a few minutes walk away. This made it really convenient each time we took a train to see the city.Windows -- perhaps this is standard in Copenhagen, but very large window that could be opened by a horizontal swing in to let in lots of air (very large and variable opening, probably would not be allowed in the USA because of fall hazard) - we didn't use that way because it was too cold, or a small vertical tilt in which was perfect to slightly cool the room and let in some fresh air. In any case, a great view of the street, nearby other buildings, and the sky (weather conditions). Some other northern European hotels that we have stayed at have either much smaller windows, or much smaller openings within the window.
Disliked: 1. Knowing that the elevator __only__ stops on "half-floors". (I guess the elevator is a renovation of a very old building.) You have to carry luggage up or down two half flights of stairs (maybe ten or twelve steps per half flight) when you check in and when you check out. And walk up or down two half flights each time you leave or return to the hotel. For travelers who are young and in great health, this may be no big deal. For middle-aged or older travelers, for example with some arthritis, or for travelers with small children (especially with strollers) this should be made clear before you book the property, because it is a difficulty. We have stayed in other hotels in northern European cities, and they had "normal" elevators without this issue.2. The beds (we had three rooms): the beds (plural) sag which was hard on our backs, and the mattresses are very thin. The under-support of the bed is more like a rectangle-shaped trampoline (hence the sag). But just as if not more disappointing is that any movement by you on the bed, lying down or sitting, the mattress begins to slide off of the bed and towards hanging off over the edge of the trampoline as it heads towards the floor.3. Phones - plus and minus: phones in the rooms (to call the other rooms or the front desk), but no capability to call out or ... to call the front desk. When we asked, they said the front desk phone didn't work (and hadn't for a while). To our knowledge, it was not fixed during our 3 night stay. So, see "Likes" above, any question or request to staff had to asked in person standing at the front desk.

Fantastic highly recommend if you...

Liked: So close to Central Station and Metro. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was bijou but perfectly adequate as only needed for sleeping. Shower and bathroom very clean. Lots of towels and option to reuse towels. Left luggage facility good and free.
Disliked: More coffee and tea sachets provided daily. 2 of each not enough but easy to get extras during working hours but not at night.

Liked: Great location, small but cute rooms and clean hotel!
Disliked: Hair dryer wasnt working in both rooms we booked and would be nice to have some ventilation in the bathrooms.

Great location and great staff....

Liked: Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Location is also great. Overall good enough for a short stay if not for business as we spend most of the time outside and didn’t need a desk.
Disliked: Cleaning the floor as you clean the room as it remained with crumbs. Water pressure was not great either. Some rust in the shower and screws out in the bottler holder which cut me. Prices also seemed inflated but it might be because of an event. Still cheaper than others of the same rating.
