Liked: The hotel is very nice: good furniture, clean, tasty breakfasts, the staff is very polite and friendly. The location is perfect, as it is so close to the metro station. It was very comfortable to get to and from the airport at any time of the day/night.
Disliked: We booked stay with prepaid breakfasts. We had early morning flight and expected the hotel to offer a packed breakfast, but they have no options for that even if you have already paid for the breakfast. When I was booking the stay no option to skip the breakfast for that 1 morning was available, so I had to pay for it anyway. So do not expect any breakfast if you leave the hotel earlier than 7am when breakfast service starts. Also, there were paper cups in the room instead of regular ones, this is super uncomfortable if you stay more then 1 night, as may what to have some tea/coffee more then 1 time.

Liked: Great location and good value for money. What isn't there not to like. Staff are very friendly and I wouldn't look for an alternative hotel when staying in Copenhagen.
