I think this might be the first time I’ve ever written a negative review. The hotel looked like it was built in the 50s and hadn’t been upgraded since. It was dirty—so dirty that I woke up with an allergic reaction in the morning and had a swollen face and eyes until late afternoon the next day (even after taking allergy pills). The guy at the counter seemed nice, but the manager wasn’t friendly at all. I got some takeout and asked for a fork—there were no forks at the hotel. Honestly, I don’t even think you can call this a hotel. It reminded me of those American bed-and-breakfasts you see on TV—the ones where people constantly get murdered, involved in prostitution, or do drugs. That’s the kind of vibe I got when I first entered, and it only got worse when I saw my room. On top of that, it was conference week, and this was the only place available in Lisbon, so I paid a ridiculous amount for it. I’m deeply disappointed.

Good for very short stays.

Liked: The location of the hotel is quite good, being place right next to a metro line making it easy to access the center.The staff is nice and friendly. The bathroom was clean and modern.
Disliked: The AC in most room wasn't working and it was quite hot.The bedsheets were a bit dirty (even after being changed) and the beds not very comfortable.The safe is quite small and a few things in the room were broken (e.g. Window, shower, etc.).

Liked: Te hotel is very close to the metro station. In my case breakfast was not included, but there was a place for having it just that close.The room was clean and the bathroom was definitely good looking.The staff was polite.
Disliked: The hotel is oldish, both in the hall and in the rooms.

Liked: We had a change in our travel plans and needed a last minute accommodation. Hotel Anjos was available and they were efficient with their check-in process and the staff was courteous. The room was clean and neat; it had all the necessities that would tide us over for an overnight stay. The location is a walking distance to good cafes and restaurants.
