Liked: The lady was very helpful and even wait for us 1hour 30minutes after checkin hour. We even had parking lot in from of hotel very helpful

Liked: Great location from the train station. Easy walk to get to the center of Florence. Owner was very accommodating for our early arrival. Breakfast provided was excellent!! Chocolate croissants were the best of our trip!!

Liked: Positive aspects: The hotel is in a good location, close to many of Florence’s attractions, and the breakfast was decent.
Disliked: Negative aspects: The internet does not work in the rooms, which forced me to go to the breakfast area every time I needed to use it. This is unacceptable in the 21st century when everyone relies on internet access. Additionally, the rooms are much smaller than they appear in the pictures and also less airy, which made the stay uncomfortable...

Liked: No Internet available at the property as advertised. Very disappointed.This is not a proper hotel, one floor is converted into a make shift hotel, with a very old lift and no reception after 5PM. Not suitable for families.
