Disliked: The hotel was a little tired and worn from it's former glory days.

Disliked: Cleanliness and Maintenance. Staff is minimal and it shows. Needs work urgently.

Liked: Kind staff. Great central location. Cute musical theme. Lots of history.
Disliked: Light wear and tear in bathrooms. You can hear the street, but luckily there are blackout curtains.

Liked: Staff was wonderful, professional and accommodating. Check in was easy. The rooms and lobby were clean. The location was fantastic. Was here 7 years ago and plan on coming back!

Liked: The theme of the hotel is music, rooms and common area are nicely decorated Location is great- walking distance to central plazaThe bathroom is modern with good water pressure The bed is slightly hard, but we slept well Staff is great
