Liked: Staff was wonderful, professional and accommodating. Check in was easy. The rooms and lobby were clean. The location was fantastic. Was here 7 years ago and plan on coming back!

Liked: The theme of the hotel is music, rooms and common area are nicely decorated Location is great- walking distance to central plazaThe bathroom is modern with good water pressure The bed is slightly hard, but we slept well Staff is great

Liked: Location, everything was walking distance to the hotel.Staff was helpful, didn't get her name but she helped us get a taxi to take us to Teotihuacan when uber failed us.Very Art inspire place.

Liked: The position is great to visit the city of Puebla by feet. The concept of the hotel is interesting as each room is dedicated to an artist.
Disliked: The cleanliness of the room and especially the bathroom.
