Liked: Everything was fine, a really nice room and clean, definitely a good price for the room. The only issue was that our towels haven't been changed every day but I am not sure what the hotel policy is.

Liked: Excellent location, the property requires some refreshing but is in good condition overall. The staff is friendly and helpful.Compared to previous years, the hotel has lowered its standards. There was no welcome wine and the minibar was empty.
Disliked: Note for those upgrading their room category: Despite booking a higher standard room on Booking.com, the staff assigns cheaper rooms - you have to insist on the room type you reserved.Parking: Information regarding the opening of the parking gate is located after descending the steep ramp. It informs that you need to reverse your vehicle and report to the reception desk. Please note: Exiting in reverse up the narrow and winding ramp is extremely difficult. It would be advisable to place the information before the ramp to avoid such situations.
