Fantastic few nights in Köln

Liked: Fantastic location, extremely friendly staff, and an extremely comfortable room. Couldn't ask for anything more.
Disliked: Not relevant.

Liked: It is centrally located. Decent breakfast.
Disliked: The lady at check-in gave us literally the worst experience ever. It went so far that she tried to convince us that double room means two beds when she gave us the twin room, along with the parking issue, etc. Luckily, her colleague and/or manager was polite and resolved the issues that could have been resolved.

Liked: Excellent location close to the station, Dom, and old town, and very close to the Rhine. Staff are most friendly and helpful. Hotel spotlessly clean and comfortable

Liked: Excellent location for cathedral, river, Christmas markets , shops and restaurants.

Would stay again without hesitation.

Liked: Staff were all lovely, modern bedrooms with Nespresso and air conditioning, comfortable beds, lovely new bathroom with powerful shower. Radio built in to the bedroom and bathroom. Very clean! Perfect location central to everything.
Disliked: Bit noisy from the street but put the air conditioning on and we didn’t hear it!
