So so cold and not...

Disliked: The room was very very cold. Said me; Same room was not exist. And offered me small room ( without bath) but i said; its not my fault. You should give me another room with bath. But said me; they are more large. So? I can give you one more duvet. It was awful night. My english is not so good. And i arrived the hotel evening and so tired. I couldn’t find any solution for me. So shockin because of this hotel’s point. I think this hotel ( approaching to customers like that) can not be 8 point. But morning working lady was helpful. Thank you for them

Liked: Very nice room, large, recently refurbished. Friendly staff at breakfast
Disliked: Corridors and common spaces are a bit outdated. Breakfast is average (eggs and other stuff were finished at 08:45 and not re-filled)

Perfect Location

Liked: Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Like the two areas one for sleeping and the other for relaxing. The location was great next to lots of restaurants with varied menus. Also close to the sites and great shopping.
Disliked: The elevator, very old. The fact you had to walk up or down stairs to get to the elevator.

Older hotel in a great...

Liked: The hotel is conveniently located to the train station, shopping, restaurants and local sightseeing. The room was clean and very comfortable.
Disliked: The hotel property is older and without air conditioning, so windows needed to be opened at night exposing us to late night party noise on the street below.
