Liked: Clean and comfortable facility with a very nice bathroom. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Multiple steps to get to lobby & no doorman.

Liked: The location must be good to look around the old town of Munich city. But, availability of the hotel staff, size of the room was just ok for the money, I would say.
