Liked: loved the breakfast, the room was lovely too.
Disliked: there was a massive renovation taking place next door, basically the whole of the back building all floors being renovated, so noisy from 8.00 am in the morning so a lie in was out of the question and our room adjoined this.

Convenient but not really a...

Liked: The hotel is convenient for visiting all the sites, shops and restaurants. Staff is helpful and pleasant.
Disliked: Unfortunately the hotel is right next to a shopping mall (El Corte Inglés) and every night they spend 2 to 3 hours unloading vehicles which kept us all awake from 4am! We mentioned it to the hotel staff but they said there was nothing they could do. Another thing was that there was very little water pressure, so took me ages to wash my long hair. Once done, took me a good hour to dry it as the hairdryer kept over heating and stopping… not good!

Great hotel in a central...

Liked: Plenty in the area, like shops, restaurants. Hotel was modern. Despite the hot breakfast offering looking horrible there were lots of other delicious choices. The bread was lovely and fresh. They kept it replenished too. The room was lovely and modern and clean. Free toiletries were great.
Disliked: The hot breakfast offering was gross, Swimming in oil and something else. The room was hot on arrival and the air conditioning was quite difficult to get working.
