Offering free underground parking and free spa facilities the Hotel Ambassador was renovated by star architect Ali Tayar in 2013 and is located in a quiet area 7 minutes by public transport from Bern's city center. The public transport links are right in front of the hotel and WiFi is free. Guests can use the public transports in Bern for free. All rooms at Hotel Ambassador are air-conditioned. They either offer views of the countryside and the Gurten Mountain or Bern's Old Town with the Federal House of Parliament and the Bern Minster in the background. Very nice stay

Liked: staff very welcoming and attentive. They took the time to provide detailed information and recommendations. Following a misunderstanding, they immediately responded to our request and changed our room. Nice sauna.
Disliked: Nothing particular: or maybe could have more croissants in the morning...

Disliked: Wifi was unbelievably slow. The overall facility and room was quite old.

Liked: Quiet rooms, comfy beds. Parking available undercover or outside in front of the hotel.Hotel provides free public transport tickets for Bern city. Very handy as location of the hotel is only a few tram stops away from town centre, hence no need to use your car.
