Disliked: Shower wasn't working well, we had ripped towels, and no bath robes although they had a really nice pool and spa area.

Liked: Nice pool area Free parking and good location with restaurants nearby. Efficient service at the front desk
Disliked: The bathrooms were dirty. I’m not even sure they cleaned up from the last person. The shower curtain was dirty. The walls were in bad shape. Cracked and peeling walls and ceiling. No fan in the bathrooms. Loud ventilation and fridge kept us awake. A curtain missing. Nice size tv to distract from the rest. Nice pool but poor lighting and none whatsoever in the spa area. at 6 pm in Quebec it’s dark early in the winter and it’s a shame to have bad lighting because it’s such a nice area to potentially feel like a resort in the middle of winter. Must be nice in the day but we only saw it at night and it was dark. The arcade area was a nice surprise but it’s lacklustre . Basically a White spare room with some games but the boys enjoyed it.
